Fabrication of Pallet Safety Gate
Designed, manufactured, supplied and installed a pallet safety gate for existing platform at Carrington power station. The client required a safe solution for loading pallets on to their existing platform which is at a height of 4.5m in the air. So we designed them a safety gate that stays closed when not in use which ensures the safety of people near to the area at height. It can then be manually opened while pallet is loaded on to platform using a fork lift truck and prevents people entering the area until pallet is moved and gate is back in the closed position. Project was completed on time and to budget.
